吹下牛先 本人現在是香港高級駕駛協會永遠名譽會員 . 高級駕駛協會 Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) , 1956 年在 英國 成立 . 目標是道路安全 , 提高 駕駛技巧以减少交通意外 . 成為會員需要通過路試合格 . 規格是 參考 英國警察駕駛警車和電單車訂立的制度 "the System" . 會員一般交通意外較少 , 也較享受駕駛樂趣 . 香港分會 IAM (HK) 於 1960 年代成立 . 本人於 1962 參加考試合格 , 路線由九龍木球會 KCC 至清水灣 , 測試速度 , 安全距離 , 掟彎 , 手波轉波 , 等技巧 . 主考是由英國聘請來港 .
